1st floor (sleeps 2 to 4). Bedroom has a double bed (extra small single bed on request), large lounge/diner with "everyday use" double sofabed, small kitchen, shower-room.
Flat 1 has a few internal stairs to twin bedroom.
The Cottage
The Cottage is set in the corner of the Woodcliffe grounds.
Ground Floor - large double bedroom (small single on request), small kitchen and bathroom. Stairs to:
1st Floor - lounge with double sofabed. Very private sun trap deck area.

South facing with great sea views. All have 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin), lounge, kitchen and bathroom.
